Contrary to its hard appearance, amber sugar, a Japanese confectionery that is often surprised by its new texture, says, “The outside is crispy and the inside is plump.” A limited-time shop was opened in August 2021, but “Magic Amber Sugar”, which was sold out every day, will reappear on the 8th floor of the Shinjuku Marui Main Building from October 1st.

“Magic Amber Sugar” started from mail order as a store specializing in amber sugar. It has gained popularity due to its mineral-like appearance, new texture at the moment of eating, and moderate sweetness, and is currently waiting for more than a month by mail order.
In May 2021, we opened a store in Matsudo City, Chiba Prefecture. Many customers come from outside the city, and they are sold out every business day.
