Stollen, a traditional confectionery for the Christmas season, was born in Germany. The dough is slowly fermented, and then abundantly dried his fruits soaked in Western liquor are added and baked. A limited number of reservations have been made from October 4, 2021 (Monday) at the French A.O.P. certified fermented butter “Echiré” specialty store “Echiré Maison du Bourg”.

At Echiré Maison du Bourg, this traditional confectionery is arranged in the Echiré style.
Almonds, hazelnuts, and dried fruits (raisins, oranges, lemons) were kneaded into the dough with plenty of Echiré butter without spices, and marzipan was put in the center and baked.
Furthermore, by applying charred butter firmly, it has a unique moist texture and a flavor unique to Echiré.
