Marumoto Sake Brewery’s representative brand “Takebayashi”, which is a sake series that uses 100% Yamada Nishiki grown by brewers, is Yamada Nishiki grown in a rice field of about 16 hectares (about 4 Tokyo Domes) through thorough soil analysis. It is a brand using.
The name of the brand “Takebayashi” comes from Takebayashijiyama, which rises behind the warehouse.
