[Yushima, Bunkyo Ward] A confectionery shop with the concept of “good luck” opens in a place surrounded by shrines

On October 22nd (Sat), 2022, the takeout pastry shop “Patisserie de Bonne Augure” will open in Yushima, Bunkyo Ward.

The name of the store, “Patisserie de Bonne Augure”, means “auspicious patisserie” in French.
In the Yushima area, where there are many shrines, we hope that everyone who visits our store will have a good relationship.

The products proposed by owner-chef Takashi Suzuki at the new store are based on the historical characteristics of the Yushima area and the demand of those who visit shrines.
A gorgeous sweet developed by fusing Japanese ingredients and Western confectionery techniques, inspired by lucky charms such as plums and daruma dolls.
We will deliver carefully crafted cakes one by one so that you can choose for special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries, for celebrations such as going on to higher education and passing exams.

On October 22nd (Sat) and the next day, October 23rd (Sun), as a pre-opening, we will sell assorted Western sweets at a great price.

Specialty "Monaka Marshmallow" will be presented as an opening commemorative privilege

For the two days of the pre-opening, we will present one of our specialty “Monaka marshmallows” for each person who purchases a set product as an opening commemorative privilege.
Fruit jam and marshmallows are contained in the outer skin of the monaka, which has a motif of auspicious plums.
The colorful “Monaka Marshmallow” can be enjoyed with a variety of flavors such as kiwi, berries, passion fruit, blood orange, cassis, and salted lemon.

DARUMA

Inspired by Daruma, a lucky charm, we have developed a bright red sweet.
Based on the image of plum, which is also used in the store logo, it is our signature sweets packed with various flavors such as plum wine and raspberry jelly, apricot pulp, and apricot gelee based on plum wine mousse.

Premier -chocolate and banana mousse-

Sweets made into an elegant mousse using bananas that go well with chocolate.
Fragrantly sautéed banana, banana and chocolate cream, crispy almond fiantine, and brownie wrapped in chocolate mousse.
Glasage is applied to the surface and the rim is decorated with gold leaf to create a beautiful sweet that will be enjoyed at festive occasions.

Raffine -Bronze Chocolate Cake-

A chocolate cake made with bronze chocolate from France’s leading chocolate maker, Valrhona.
On the base, we spread a hazelnut dough that goes well with bronze chocolate, and put coffee cream and bronze chocolate ganache in the base bronze chocolate mousse.
It is a sweet that you can enjoy the luxurious bronze chocolate.
