Tai Satisfaction, a restaurant specializing in sea bream ramen using sea bream from Awaji Island, a famous sea bream production area, opened on November 17, 2023.
The sea bream used is from Awaji Island, and the kama (fish paste) is slowly simmered to make the soup. The cheeks of the sea bream are the most delicious part of the sea bream, and the ramen topped with the sea bream’s maw is a luxurious way to enjoy the taste of sea bream.
Tai shiranyu ramen with a hint of sansho (Japanese pepper) and tai dandan ramen with homemade spicy sauce are offered.

Tai Satisfaction offers two types of Tai Ramen with different base flavors: the Tai Hakyu Ramen, in which the broth is made from the long-cooked Tai (sea bream) and topped with a bit of Sansho (Japanese pepper) to bring out the aroma of the Tai.
The other is the “Tai Dan Dan Men,” which is made with a homemade spicy sauce to create a dish that is both spicy and tai broth, with the aim of creating a dish with a tai aroma that is memorable and even more addictive.
