Four new limited-time butter pie menu items, “Daigai Mont Blanc,” “Anko Butter Custard,” “Kamakura dumplings,” and “Matcha azuki beans” will be available at the craft butter pie specialty store BUTTER HOLIC.

Daigai Mont Blanc ¥880
A smooth sweet potato cream is topped with fluffy sweet potatoes sprinkled with rich Daigaku-imo (university sweet potato) syrup and fragrant dark roasted black sesame.
Black honey walnuts are added to the cream as a secret ingredient, allowing you to enjoy the sweetness of Daigaku-imo.

Anko butter custard ¥680
Red bean paste is sandwiched and topped with fresh cream and domestic butter.
You can taste the butter from the pie crust, butter custard, and diced butter that are made using the W butter method, and it is a rich butter pie that uses plenty of butter.

Kamakura dumplings ¥780
The butter custard sandwiched between the pie, Anko (sweet red bean paste), and the dango topping are a perfect match.
The butter pie is a delightful combination of the crispy texture of the pie and the chewy texture of the dango, making it a perfect accompaniment to moon viewing.

Matcha Azuki ¥680
The butter custard is topped with anko (red bean paste), and then sprinkled with matcha cream and matcha powder.
A butter pie with a naturally sweet azuki bean and refreshing matcha flavor.

BUTTER HOLIC

BUTTER HOLIC is Japan’s first craft butter pie specialty store where you can enjoy the “texture” and “fragrance” of hand-baked butter. We opened the first store in Kamakura in June 2022.
