Hot spring hotel “HAKODATE Kaikyo no Kaze” opened as an annex of Hakodate Yunokawa Onsen “Yumoto Takubokutei”.
The seasonal limited “Chestnut and Hojicha Terrine” has been released from the take-out sweets “Terrine de Chocolat” produced by our patissier.

Pastry chef’s special original sweets packed with seasonal flavors that can only be eaten now.
Melt-in-your-mouth terrine and the sweetness of chestnuts and roasted green tea(hojicha) are exquisite. It is the most popular seasonal terrine.

From the right of the photo: Noir [Chocolate], Veil [Matcha], Blanc [Cheese]. You can purchase one for 1,500 yen (tax included). These are sold at the shop inside the museum.

<Recommended way to eat>
After defrosting in the refrigerator, cut into 2 cm thick pieces and place on a plate for about 10 minutes.
You can enjoy it more deliciously.
