Takarayama Brewing Company will release a new spring-only sake, “Takarayama Junmai Namaizu Storage – Spring Sunshine” on March 3, 2025, as the first in a new series of four season-inspired sake.

Limited-edition sake with the feeling of spring

Takarayama Junmai Junmai Nama Nama Nama Storage ~Haru no Hi ni~ is a spring limited edition sake with a beautiful aroma and a fruity taste that is pleasant on the palate.
It is made from Koshihikari rice grown in Niigata Prefecture and polished to 70%.
You can enjoy a smooth drinking experience as if enveloped in the spring sunshine.

This new series is based on the theme of the beauty of the four seasons as described at the beginning of the “Pillow Book” written in the mid Heian period (794-1185), and incorporates the scenery of the local Yahiko area into the label design. We hope you will enjoy the new flavors brewed by Takarayama Brewery together with the scenery of the four seasons.
