Gion Ramen Muraji, located behind the alley of Kyoto and Gion, sells “Fried tofu and sake lees ramen” for only 20 meals a day.
As it gets colder, I hope that you can warm your mind and body in this winter with a highly scented cup of sake lees.

“Fried tofu and sake lees ramen”, which has become a winter tradition, is supervised by “Sasaki Sake Brewery”, which has been founded for over 120 years.
Many customers have been very well received in Kyoto, which is famous for Sake.

In order to make the most of the soup containing sake lees, we are particular about each material, so we are limited to 20 meals a day.

When you come to the store, please enjoy the deep flavor that is intertwined with the synergistic effect of the rich chicken white water soup, which is made by a long -established sake brewery and a rich chicken white soup, and the strong flavor of ingredients.
