On the occasion of Parfait Day on 28 June, Hoshino Resort, which makes travelling fun, will start offering “Travel Reward Parfaits” at its properties to enjoy as a reward to yourself.
The parfaits are an evolutionary type of parfait filled with local attractions, and include unique visuals, seasonal fruits that can only be found in that season and place, parfaits finished by the chef or created by you, collaboration parfaits developed with “neighbours”, and parfaits to enjoy at the end of the day. The line-up is rich in individuality, including night parfaits to enjoy at the end of the day.
Oirase Keiryu Hotel, Oirase Moss Parfait.
A parfait that looks just like real moss is now available from a hotel located in the Oirase mountain stream, a special national scenic beauty spot. Together with a cool, refreshing original drink, you can enjoy the charm of the moss in the Oirase mountain stream to the full.

This parfait features seasonal citrus fruits unique to Kochi, such as Konatsu in summer and Buntan in winter. Layers of green tea jelly, rosemary-scented crumble, white chocolate and other ingredients provide a variety of textures.
