Exhibition of Kazumasa Uchio, concept artist of “Final Fantasy” movie and “Witches’ Journey” anime.

Kazumasa Uchio, a pioneer in CG illustration and the creator of numerous works, will hold a solo exhibition, “The World of Kazumasa Uchio, Master of Fantasy Art III: A City Built on Dreams,” from February 9 (Thu) to 12 (Sun), 2023, at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse.

The theme of this third solo exhibition is “Coexistence and Co-prosperity. The Great East Japan Earthquake will be the catalyst for the first exhibition of new prints “Shinkokyu”, “Sogyo no Me”, and “Yoren no Minato” from the original “Kitan Shirube” series of illustrated stories centered on “dragons” and “beasts” that he has drawn as incarnations of the human spirit. In addition, concept art from the anime “Witches’ Journey” and video games will also be on display.

[KYUKAMURA OHMI-HACHIMAN]Tour of Lake Biwa’s famous landmarks ‘Enjoying “Biwa Ichi” by bus – around Lake Biwa’ tour.
