Koishikawa Korakuen Garden: ‘Long Autumn Nights in Koishikawa Korakuen Garden’, a fantastic feudal lord’s garden lit up to create a lively atmosphere in Edo Castle.

Koishikawa Korakuen Garden will hold its second special night opening, entitled ‘Long Autumn Nights at Koishikawa Korakuen Garden’, from Friday 27 September. The park will be lit up and lanterns will be floated on Sunday 6 October only, creating a fantastic atmosphere.

Engetsu Bridge projection mapping

The Engetsu Bridge is said to have been designed by the Ming (modern China) Confucian scholar Zhu Shunsui. It was named for its reflection in the water, which, when combined with the reflection on the water’s surface, makes it look like a full moon. Projection mapping shows the 395-year history of Koishikawa Korakuen Garden.
