A cafe space has appeared in the chocolate sweets specialty store “CHOCOLATERIE SANDGLASS'”, which opened in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture in November 2021. You can finish the chocolate sweets you ordered in front of you and enjoy a rich and luxurious chocolate time with a lively feeling.

Our chocolate sphere is layered with vanilla ice cream, seasonal fruits, garniture oranges and parfait amand in chocolate. Sandglass’s original special cafe menu that is hidden in the spherical chocolate and woven with the overlapping sweetness and the acidity of the fruit.

S/G Sachertorte is a luxurious chocolate cake made by layering thick chocolate and special sponge dough baked in our shop in thin layers. By scenting it with liqueur, it has a slightly mature and elegant taste. A gorgeous product perfect for special occasion celebrations and gifts.

We have prepared a special menu of sand glasses as a dessert plate. In the sand glass assortment, a rich and melty ganache, a mini cannula with a crispy texture on the inside and a crispy outside, a petit shoe using a special cream, a gateau chocolate with the ultimate smooth texture, which is our popular product, and a manufacturing method. You can enjoy Parfe Amand, which is very particular about it.
