Fruit Daifuku specialty store “Kajitsunohana” is a new product sold for a limited time at Kintetsu Department Store Uehonmachi

2022.02.22

Fruit Daifuku specialty store “Kajitsunohana”. From February 15th, we will open a limited-time store in “Kintetsu Department Store Uehonmachi”. In addition, we will sell the new work “Ichigo Daifuku with raw chocolate” this season to coincide with Valentine’s Day.

Fresh fruits carefully selected by fruit stores

We select fresh fruits every day from fruit and vegetable stores that have a selection of fruits from fruit farmers all over the country. Every morning, a Japanese confectionery craftsman carefully wraps the best fruit, which has been carefully considered for the sweetness of the fruit and its compatibility with Daifuku.

The ultimate "mochi" woven by 300 years of tradition

We received a method of making mochi from the long-established Japanese sweets shop “Daitokuya Nagahisa”, which boasts a history of 300 years in Suzuka, Mie Prefecture. Fruit Daifuku, which is more difficult to control water than ordinary Japanese sweets, is made up of a unique ratio. It is the result of outstanding Japanese sweets technology that made these possible.

Seasonal special products

A Japanese-Western eclectic winter-only fruit Daifuku that is made by wrapping carefully selected fresh strawberries in Daifuku, a “raw chocolate bean paste” specially developed for this product.
The moment you put it in your mouth, the mochi’s chewy texture and sweetness are modestly raw chocolate. And the crushed feeling of strawberries and the sweet and sour taste are excellent.
We also offer a special Valentine’s Day package so that you can use it as a Valentine’s gift.
