Blessings of Shinshu! Shinshu milk gelato from Obuse Milk.

Shinshu Milk Gelato is a rich yet refreshing aftertaste made with Obuse milk from Obuse in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, and is pasteurised at 80°C for 15 minutes to preserve the rich sweetness of the milk. It has a cool, luxurious taste that is perfect for the hot summer months.

Karuizawa Blend coffee, blended exclusively for Karuizawa, is also available.

A special coffee bean blend, exclusive to the Karuizawa branch, is now available.
