From February 1, 2023 (Wed.), Shima Kanko Hotel will release a limited quantity of its original sake, Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki “Shima”.

The gorgeous aroma of green apple and pear is impressive. The beginning is soft on the palate, leading to a fine umami flavor, with a light lingering finish of dry, sharp acidity. Wakabisu Shuzo’s original yeast is used to bring out the outstanding, gorgeous aroma and sweetness.
