2023.09.08

“FISH FARM SAKURA” will start selling three carefully selected products made from rare and high-quality cherry salmon with Japanese and Western seasonings from August 28, 2023.

Smoked cherry salmon confit

The smoked cherry salmon meat is marinated in oil, giving it a soft texture.
Of course you can enjoy it as a snack, but we also recommend putting it on a baguette or topping it with pasta.

Price: 1,300 yen (tax included)

Cherry salmon cooked rice

The fragrant flavor of the plumply grilled cherry salmon and the carefully prepared bonito kelp soup are the decisive factors for the authentic taste.
You can easily enjoy full-fledged cooked rice just by cooking with rice.

Price: 1,300 yen (tax included)

Cherry salmon soft jerky

The Cherry salmon meat is soft and finished into jerky with an easy-to-eat texture.
Mr. Sugita, a skilled craftsman at the smoke factory “Uotora” in Mie Prefecture, has seasoned the salmon with fish sauce made from cherry salmon, and then smoked it for a long time with cherry blossoms, resulting in a delicious masterpiece.
