The event is entitled “Spring 2021 Hakutsuru” Sake Brewery Opening “Online” and will hold a sake brewery tour, how to enjoy sake, and a fermentation seminar. In addition, as a related project, we will pre-order and sell lucky bags, which are very popular at the opening of the sake brewery every year, and we will also sell lucky boxes exclusively for online shops, which have been requested by people far away.
As the infection with the new coronavirus did not subside, we decided that the event held at the sake brewery every year could not be held because it attracted a large number of people, so we decided to hold a sake brewery tour using the online video distribution service (YouTube) (last fall).
