This year too, the season has come when matcha parfaits are dyed in autumn colors. “Maple Matcha Parfait” will be available from October 9, 2021 (Saturday) at each Itohkyuemon teahouse.

Autumn limited seasonal parfait

“Maple Matcha Parfait” is decorated with matcha bean paste, autumn leaves jelly, chestnuts boiled in astringent skin, sweet potato cream, and twill almond cookies to express a rich and lustrous autumn. In the glass, we packed the charm of Uji tea with ingredients unique to teahouses such as matcha jelly and roasted green tea honey. A seasonal parfait where you can enjoy the beautiful autumn of Japan with your eyes and tongue.

In addition, the “Chestnut Sweets Plate” that has been available since September has also been renewed.
