This parfait uses “Keats mangoes” grown slowly and carefully under the sun in Okinawa’s mild climate.
It is called the “phantom mango” because it is difficult to distinguish the timing of ripeness from the color and luster of the mango, and only a few farmers produce them.
“Strawberry parfait of `Koihime` from Nagano, Shinshu Hatake Kobo” 2,200 yen (tax included)
This parfait uses “Koihime” kasyu strawberries from the Shiseido Parlor’s exclusive greenhouses.

“Melon and blancmange marriage” (coffee or tea or herb tea) 2,300 yen (tax included)
White chocolate in the shape of a melon on top of coconut-flavored syrup.
Inside is a combination of various styles of melon desserts such as jelly, pate de fruie, sorbet, and pulp, as well as refreshing lemon sorbet and blancmange.
