[ANCHOR HOTEL FUKUYAMA] Limited release of craft beer made with homemade lemon syrup

2022.08.07

Anchor Hotel Fukuyama has so far produced a variety of homemade syrups using Setoda lemons, ginger from Ekiya Town, and green plums from Kamo Town. A limited number of 70 bottles of beer that makes the most of the strained lees from the production process will be available for sale.

While maintaining the characteristics of Saison beer (fruity and easy to drink), the refreshing lemon aroma and subtle sweetness from the syrup make this beer perfect for summer.
From the moment the bottle is opened, the aroma of lemon wafts through the air, and when you take a sip, you can feel the subtle sweetness, followed by the refreshing bitterness characteristic of beer.
Actual drinkers have commented that “even though I don’t like beer, I could enjoy drinking it,” “the lemon aroma is very summery,” and “the slightly carbonated taste makes it easy to drink with little bitterness.
