2022.10.04

Gyokkado, a long-established Japanese confectionery store in western Shizuoka Prefecture that has been in business for 130 years, has launched an autumn-only “Autumn Pudding Eating Comparison Set” at its online store on Saturday, October 1, 2022.

"Extreme Pudding Waguri"

Carefully selected Japanese chestnuts with a delicate and refined aroma and a hokuhokuchi (crunchy) texture are used. Chestnut paste is used for the pudding layer, and cubed chestnuts are used for the topping. You can enjoy the flavor and texture of Japanese chestnuts.

"Extreme Pudding Sweet Potato"

A pudding with a fun texture of potash, hoku, and gooey. The “Anno potato” used in the pudding layer is characterized by its outstanding sweetness among sweet potatoes, and its smooth texture goes well with pudding. Serve with crushed caramel to finish.

"Extreme Pudding Jelly Shine Muscat"

A rich pudding is combined with a jelly containing vanilla beans, and the fine sweetness, noble aroma, and soft peel of the Shine Muscat are locked in the pudding. It is a fresh and juicy pudding with a new sensation.
