Savour the potato stew that has won Japan's top prize for two consecutive years at Matsushima Rikyu
Imoni JAPAN, crowned Japan’s finest at the Kitchen Car Gourmet Championship – where over 100 food trucks from across the nation gather and visitors vote for the ultimate gourmet experience – has secured the top spot for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024. This very Imoni JAPAN has now curated Japan’s finest imoni stew, available for a limited time at Matsushima Rikyu.
This imoni is a bowl packed with the dedication only possible from a specialist taro shop. It features melt-in-the-mouth taro and generous portions of carefully selected domestic beef. A secret sauce, passed down since the shop’s founding, maximises the umami of the ingredients.
