“KUBOTA SAKE BAR” where you can enjoy sake in style

2019.12.13

“KUBOTA SAKE BAR” will be opened in the main restaurant floor “CHAOS KITCHEN” on the 1st basement floor based on the concept of “food, music and culture” in the new Shibuya PARCO, which will be reopened in November 2019. Like the base camp of “CHAOS KITCHEN”, it consists of two areas: a BAR area where you can enjoy sake and snacks casually, and a shop area where you can enjoy a wide variety of sake.

In the BAR area, in addition to offering a variety of rare sake, we also have a “KUBOTA SAKE BAR” where you can collaborate with the Japanese sake “Kubota” and experience the new taste and enjoyment of “Kubota”. Enjoy all Kubota brands and arrangement cocktails with snacks. In addition, seminars and events related to sake will be held. You can experience the sake judgment service “YUMMY SAKE” using artificial intelligence provided by Mirai-ku, and you can find sake, “Kubota” and pairing menus that match your taste.

In the shop area, in addition to “Kubota”(久保田), breweries that challenge new sake brewing such as “Tenryohai”(天領盃), “Abe”(あべ), and “WAKAZE”, as well as global sake scenes represented by “Yamagata Masamune”(山形正宗) and “Mutsuhasen”(陸奥八仙) We have a wide selection of Japanese craftsmanship-rich sake, such as the top breweries, and the brewers who are looking for classic qualities such as “Ryusei”(龍勢) and “Ninja”(忍者).

You can experience a new way to enjoy sake when you visit Shibuya?
