Nakameguro cafe bar “epulor”

2019.12.23

Epulor, a music cafe and wine bar that opened in Meguro in March 2019, is committed to providing arranged coffee using carefully selected specialty coffees.

“Epulor” specialty coffee

“Epulor” coffee is selected from excellent roasters from all over Japan and special coffees ranging from light roast to deep roast. In addition, we will prepare different types of cups, such as Scandinavian antiques, and provide them with the most suitable one for our customers.

Arranged drink using specialty coffee

Olegrasse using deep roasted coffee blended from Toka-dong coffee, you can enjoy fragrant coffee with a deep and well-balanced bitterness and acidity, and the harmony of sweet milk. If you eat it as it is without mixing, you will feel it just before drinking the scent of coffee, and you will feel the taste different from normal cafe au lait by mixing coffee and milk for the first time in your mouth.

Espresso orange soda is made from espresso specialty coffee beans and homemade orange syrup from Hirofumi Fujita Coffee. The gorgeous aroma of espresso and the taste of sourness and sweetness combine with the sourness and sweetness of orange to enjoy a unique taste. In addition, by adding the stimulation of soda, you can enjoy a refreshing refreshing feeling though it is complicated.

Coffee and music / art

In the store, analog records, TANNOY speakers, LUXMAN and Uesugi Laboratory tube amps play music of various genres such as jazz, rock, classical and electro. There is also a gallery corner where various art such as paintings, photographs, illustrations, and calligraphy are displayed irregularly.
