Autumn tart set of pumpkin, chestnut and sweet potato

2020.09.13

“QOtart” is particular about materials, cuteness, and handmade. We have orders from all over the country. This year’s new work is a limited edition product set from autumn as a reward for yourself and a gift for your loved ones. Currently, we are handling Cum Tart products at the PARCO online store.

QOtart, a tart specialty store in Nagoya, delivers “happiness with sweets” to the whole country. Tart, which has many processes to complete and requires craftsmanship to adjust the baking, is one of the most difficult sweets. “Handmade tarts”, which are carefully produced one by one by a small number of elite pastry chefs with love “like my own child”, are featured in the December 2019 issue of BRUTUS “Find the best order in Japan!” Won the Grand Prix in the tart category.

Since the announcement of the state of emergency due to the influence of the corona, I often cannot hand over the tart directly, and I am frustrated that I cannot provide detailed care.

Thankfully, we are still receiving orders from all over the country for mini tart sets. Among them, we have received many gratitude voices on SNS such as “I was saved” and “I am looking forward to the tart going home”. We are particular about making new works happy.

[Autumn only] "Autumn taste set" from a handmade tart specialty store ¥ 1620 (tax included)

[New] A tart set where you can fully enjoy the autumn taste of pumpkin, chestnuts, and sweet potatoes.

Ebisu pumpkin from Hokkaido is used, and milk is often used for pumpkin cream. The rich-tasting tart with luxurious fresh cream is flavored with cinnamon and rum.

A chestnut tart with almond cream, astringent chestnut paste, half chestnuts, and half chestnuts on top is a luxurious dish that uses a whole chestnut.

A simple tart that makes the best use of sweet potato material using Kintoki potato. Cardamom is included in the dough, caramelized diced sweet potatoes and walnuts are stuffed in, and pistachio and black sesame on the edge of the tart are accented.
