At “Kokuto Kobe Main Store” in Sannomiya / Isogami, Kobe, the proud natural yam tororo hot pot will be renewed from November 5th.
Premium ingredients such as Joshu Sangen Mochi pork from Gunma prefecture, duck loin and duck meatballs from Aomori prefecture.
It is made with a newly blended homemade miso soup stock, and the finish is a special hot pot with plenty of “natural yam tororo”.
