The high-class Inari sushi specialty store “Fukujuya”, which was founded in the 11th year of the Taisho era, started selling the new grand menu “Fukujuya Secret Shio Inari” from April 26th. Deep-fried food stewed in salt-based broth, which has been passed down from generation to generation, is more refreshing than regular inari sushi made with soy sauce and sugar.
Also, from the same day, the new official website of the Fukuju family will be released. On the new website with an online shop, it is now possible to deliver Inari sushi to your desired location by cool flight by ordering online.

History of the Fukuju family

In 1918, the first Inari sushi restaurant “Fukujuya” was founded by the first Mine Yasu in Tokyo. After that, although it was closed due to the war, after the end of the war, it resumed its business in Asakusa, its current address, and sold inari sushi and norimaki. We have inherited the history of the 2nd and 3rd generations, but due to the old age, it is difficult to continue the business, and we will close the business in 2009.

Approximately 10 years have passed since then, and the desire to preserve the tradition that has been preserved for generations to the next generation. I decided to restart the business in the second year of Reiwa. The name “Inari Sushi” was named by the founder, and it is one of the commitments of the Fukuju family, which is still carefully preserved. While inheriting the tradition of about 100 years from the predecessor, we will continue to provide Inari sushi with ingenuity and ingenuity according to the times. “Inari” is a registered trademark of the Fukuju family.

Inari sushi, a secret of the Fukuju family, is a commercial product of fried tofu stewed in salt-based broth that has been passed down from generation to generation. There are two types of fried rice, vinegared rice mixed with pickled bamboo shoots and tea beans, and cooked rice with sea bream and ginger, which you can enjoy refreshingly. Unlike broth that uses soy sauce or sugar, it uses salt-based broth, so it is also characterized by its “white appearance.” Please enjoy the special sushi that can only be enjoyed at the Fukuju family.
