“Strawberry Matcha Parfait” will be available from December 1, 2021 (Wednesday) at Kyuemon Ito, Uji, Kyoto. On top of the fresh strawberries, chewy white balls and bittersweet Uji matcha jelly are added to create a parfait with a beautiful contrast of red, white and green.
