Like the shaved ice, the three types of parfaits, which are also cool and popular in the summer, are a popular series that expresses the atmosphere of Kyoto, which is characterized by its calm yet lovely colors.
In the royal road Japanese parfait “Tenryu-ji Parfait”, which is a series of images of mountains from Tenryu-ji, a World Heritage Site, organically grown matcha and roasted green tea ice cream are fused.
An elegant “thousand-year love parfait” that uses purple potato ice cream in a color reminiscent of the pale love of the Heian period represented by the Genji story.
The elegant “Katsura River Parfait” in the glass, which has the image of the Katsura River flowing under the Togetsu Bridge, is a dish for those who like soybean flour.

The resort hotel ‘KYUKAMURA OHMI-HACHIMAN’, located on the eastern shore of Lake Biwa in Shiga Prefecture, in Omi Hachiman City, known for its Omi merchants and Azuchi Castle, is inviting participants to join the ‘Biwaichi’ bus tour, which immerses them in the historical romance of Shiga Prefecture, which has flourished as a key transport hub since ancient times, close to Kyoto and Nara.
