[Shirokane Geihinkan] Japanese-style afternoon tea scented with tea available for three days only.

2022.09.17

The Shirokane Geihinkan Art Grace Club will offer “Tea-Scented Japanese Afternoon Tea” on September 19 (national holiday), October 8 (Sat), and October 15 (Sat), 2022, where guests can enjoy sweets made with four types of tea: matcha, hojicha, jasmine, and oolong tea.

The “Melting Matcha Mousse”, “Matcha and Lime Opera”, “Matcha Color Amber Sugar”, “Jasmine Tea Fragrant Warabimochi”, “Hojicha Tiramisu”, “Fruit Oolong Jelly”, etc., all using richly fragrant matcha tea, are available for purchase. The “Fruit Oolong Jelly” combines deep-flavored Oolong tea and fruit, allowing you to enjoy the harmony of tea and Japanese and Western sweets. For savory dishes, we have prepared “Sushi Rolls with Autumn Salmon and Avocado with Yuzu” and “Petit Salad with Cara-Sumi Shikishi Tofu and Daikon Radish”, both with a Japanese taste incorporating autumnal flavors.

Please enjoy the afternoon tea sweets with a blend of Japanese and Western flavors presented by our patissier while gazing out the large windows at the Japanese-style garden overflowing with greenery.
