Mita Hisashi Shimizu Store, where you can enjoy yuba and soy milk sweets both in-store and take-out, will have its grand opening on January 23, 2023.

Mita Hisashi is a yuba shop established in 1920. Mita Hisashi Shimizu Branch specializes in “yuba eating contests,” which can only be offered by a yuba shop. You can enjoy lunch using various yuba from Mita Hisa, soylate sweets using Mita Hisa’s soymilk, and takeout items of yuba for eating and walking around.
