From Saturday, March 1, 2025, Hemingway Enoshima, a cafe overlooking the sea in Enoshima, Shonan, will offer a limited-time offer of sweets for the White Day season. Why not spend a special time at a cafe overlooking the sea?

Hemingway Enoshima offers a variety of sweets, including its signature French Bagel Toast, which has the rich texture of a bagel and the moistness of French toast, and Acai Bowls, a healthy fruit-filled dessert. Beginning this year, the store will launch a new initiative to offer seasonal and limited-time sweets made with seasonal ingredients to coincide with events and seasons.

Hojicha Muffin with Sake Lees Cheese Cream

A slightly mature white day sweet, “Hojicha Muffin with Sake Lees Cheese Cream”. This dish is a combination of cream cheese cake made with mascarpone and new sake lees from Ebina’s local sake “Izumibashi” and homemade muffins baked with a mixture of hojicha leaves.
