The cherry blossom jelly and panna cotta form a beautiful dish with its pale pink and white contrast. The strawberry Mont Blanc, featuring cream that highlights the berry’s tartness to represent a mountain in full bloom, and the sakura mochi, where you can enjoy the chewy mochi and crispy cherry leaf textures, are part of a harmonious lineup blending Japanese and Western flavours, heralding the arrival of spring.

A glass cake featuring mugwort and micro red shiso to symbolise budding growth, a meringue sandwich filled with blueberry mousse, and cupcakes adorned with lemon cream to evoke mimosa blossoms – these are just some of the vibrant sweets on display, reminiscent of a garden in full bloom. An orange peel and fresh chocolate macaron, reminiscent of orange confit, adds a subtle hint of bittersweetness.
The scones feature a matcha and sweet red bean paste pairing. Savour the aroma of matcha and its gentle sweetness alongside the red bean paste and our homemade clotted cream.
Savoury offerings include a croquette burger capturing the aromatic flavour of sakura shrimp and the savoury richness of Shinshu salmon, a mimosa-style salad gently scattered with spring vegetables and egg, evoking a blossoming landscape, and an empanada featuring juicy spring cabbage and minced beef blended with several spices, encased in pastry and deep-fried.
We have carefully crafted these savoury treats to highlight the lightness and depth of flavour unique to seasonal ingredients, paying particular attention to balancing their natural sweetness. Richly coloured and evoking the bounty of spring, they add a delightful accent to your teatime.
