Based on white chocolate made from French cream cheese and the rare variety “Ariba cacao” from Ecuador, Japanese cherry blossoms and leaves are salted and kneaded into a paste.
The rich taste of cream cheese, the richness of white chocolate, and the saltiness of the well-balanced cherry blossoms and leaves from Japan enhance the springiness.

There is also a take-out menu that you can enjoy outside or at home

In addition, in consideration of the recent spread of the new coronavirus infection, we will also sell “Fuwanama Sakura Chocolat” that you can enjoy outdoors or at home.
White chocolate ganache and cherry milk chocolate ganache with the taste of cherry blossoms trapped in milk chocolate are sandwiched in a fluffy cherry-flavored dough.
On the first day, the dough has a fluffy texture, and on the second day, it has a moist texture and you can enjoy it twice with one menu.
