Probably the first in the world! “Konjac” BBQ specialty store

2019.12.13

In Japan, we put infinite possibilities on the familiar “Konjac” that was eaten since ancient times and was available at the tofu shop in the town. “There is konjac that we want to deliver to the world in this era!” With a sudden start.

There is konjac that we want to send all over the world in this time!

Originally, there was no culture of eating konjac outside Asia, but overseas, konjac is now called “miracle food” in the United States, “Zenpasta”, which replaces pasta in Italy, etc. As a miracle food with a high gluten-free diet, it has penetrated all over the world.

Combined with a secret soy sauce-based sauce that has been scented by charcoal and plenty of bonito, the konjac has a surprising taste. About 100g of konjac is used for each bamboo skewer (approximately half a half), and it has a good texture and plenty of food, but it is low in calories and rich in fiber. The power of traditional traditional ingredients is not Date.
