[Hoshino Resorts] Declaring the highest level of corona measures -A trip to avoid the “3 types of crowding” that Hoshino Resorts consider-

2020.05.24

Hoshino Resort, which operates 42 facilities in Japan and overseas, pursuing hospitality that makes use of Japanese tradition and culture, proposes a thorough “3 types of crowded” avoidance journey as a way of traveling in the long-term With Corona era I will do it. We declare that we will continue to evolve the measures to prevent “3 types of crowding” and aim for the highest level of new coronavirus measures.

Strengthening the avoidance of "three types of crowding" to provide a comfortable stay

Due to the influence of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), people’s movement and direct interaction are restricted. At the Hoshino Resorts, we believe that what we need for a trip is to enjoy extraordinary life with peace of mind when the situation of the spread of virus has subsided. I believe that it is possible for the tourism industry in the future to prepare for stays that will free up your mind and prepare you for the stressful guests who are fighting the anxiety of virus spread every day.
Therefore, at Hoshino Resorts, we have set up two measures axes, “hygiene management” and “avoiding three types of crowding,” and are evolving conventional services at each facility. In the “hygiene management” axis, in addition to regular cleaning, we mainly deal with disinfection in the hall and check the health of our staff and customers. On the axis of “Avoiding 3 types of congestion,” we are working to create an environment in which 3 congestions are unlikely to occur from the perspectives of customers, staff, and customers. 3 densely announced by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare means “closed space with poor ventilation”, “a dense place where people gather and spend”, “close scenes where a large number of unspecified people are likely to contact” (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare website) )is. At Hoshino Resorts, we will implement this “3 types of congestion” avoidance as a service standard in hotels and thoroughly implement the following measures.
