From the baumkuchen brand “Jiichiro”, “Sakura Zenzai” made with Erimo azuki beans produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido, and “Yusanbako”, an assortment of Jiichiro’s special sweets and Sakura Zenzai, will be released on March 3, 2023 (Friday).

Sakura Zenzai (sweet made with soft beans and sugar flavored with sake or soy sauce.)

Erimo azuki beans produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido, are of high quality and aromatic, and are carefully and slowly cooked for a long time.
First, enjoy the aroma of the azuki beans as they are, then mix in the desired amount of sakura-an (cherry bean paste) to fully appreciate the gentle flavor of the season.
