The rice bran powder used as an ingredient is an upcycled food product that makes it possible to use rice bran, which has high nutritional value but has been disposed of as inedible through technological innovation, and thus contributes to achieving the SDGs. The product is also environmentally friendly by reusing rice bran discarded in the amazake production process.
