Hojicha Dango, a collaboration between Hinodeya Seika Sangyo Kogyo, a long-established rice snack manufacturer with 100 years of history, and Fujiokaen, which operates tea retail outlets in Toyama Prefecture, has been on sale since 1 (Fri) November.

Established in 1878. Sells mainly its signature product, Toyama stick tea, as well as matcha soft serve ice cream and roll cakes. The shop is open every day with the aim of being loved by a wide range of people.

Hinodeya Confectionery

Founded in 1924. A confectionery manufacturer celebrating its 100th anniversary. The company hopes to bring happiness to as many people as possible through its rice snacks, which are deeply connected to Japan’s history, climate and traditional culture. What is Toyama stick tea?
A hojicha made by roasting the stems of green tea using far infrared rays. This is the No. 1 product in the Fujiokaen hojicha category, which maximises the natural sweetness and soft aroma of the stem tea through low-heat roasting.
