The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has launched this project to promote the sale of high-impact items. OMO7 Asahikawa supports this project as a hotel that connects travelers and locals, and will participate by involving neighbors. Travelers can eat delicious food and help save producers.

At the neighborhood product exhibition, 7 restaurants around OMO7 Asahikawa will participate and serve dishes using ingredients that cannot be missed in season. In addition to cooking, “Washoku Kakuuchi Ue Countryside” will sell sake, and “-Freehouse- THE YEAST” will sell craft beer! OMO is a “city sightseeing hotel that raises the excitement of travel, not just sleeping.” Even those who are concerned about eating out at Corona Sorrow can purchase and enjoy Asahikawa’s unique dishes at the neighborhood product exhibition without going out of the hotel.
In addition, you can eat the purchased dishes not only in the completely private guest rooms, but also in the “OMO Cafe & Bar”, which has entrances and exits on all sides and excellent ventilation. As the demand for meals and take-out in the hotel is increasing in Corona, as a hotel that connects travelers and locals, we will work as a team with our neighbors to support food consumption and make travelers enjoy traveling. From November 11, 2020 to January 31, 2021, the 1st to 4th neighborhood product exhibitions will be held. We were able to sell a total of 2,556 meals in about three and a half months. We have received favorable feedback from our customers and neighbors, and we have decided to hold the 5th “Seafood Dai HIT Fair” additionally.
