Tsubo-imo Brulee,” a sweet potato that melts in your mouth, will be sold as a limited menu item for a few days only at the BREWDOG special booth at the “Tokyo Christmas Market 2022 in Hibiya Park” to be held from December 9 (Fri.) to December 25 (Sun.), 2022.

The soft, honey-dripping pot-baked sweet potato is stuffed with custard and finished with a crispy, savory brûlée. When filling the custard, the whole pot-baked sweet potato is used without hollowing it out, so the sweetness of the sweet potato can be fully appreciated in this luxurious sweet treat. Please enjoy the food pairing as much as you like along with the exquisite menu representing Germany, which is only available at “Tokyo Christmas Market 2022 in Hibiya Park”.
