Miffy café tokyo’ POP UP in Umeda, a café where you can feel and experience Miffy’s art along with food.
From 25 Oct (Fri) to 8 Dec (Sun), 2024, a pop-up shop for miffy café tokyo will be held in Umeda, Osaka.
Myoko-en, a long-established Japanese tea specialty store that delivers products made from tea leaves carefully selected by tea masters from all over Japan using secret blending techniques, will open a store at Nakano Marui in Tokyo from September 13 to 19.
In addition to regular products such as Myoko-en’s signature hojicha and sencha teas, newly released sweets, hojicha chestnut kinton (amber) and hojicha madeleines, will be sold in advance. A large assortment of hojicha sweets using plenty of Myoko-en’s signature product, hojicha, will be available for purchase.
Kurikinton is made from carefully selected Kuma chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture. It is handmade one by one by craftsmen with all their hearts. In order to preserve the flavor and texture of the chestnuts, the chestnut kinton is coarsely grated and covered with a generous amount of 1mm hojicha paste, which has a delicate and smooth texture.
Rich eggs from Chita, Aichi Prefecture, are softly beaten, and richly flavored with Myoko-en’s original hojicha tea roasted slowly and fragrantly, and Hokkaido butter.
Kuririn’s “Kurisenbon” is made with a rich cream of carefully selected Japanese chestnuts wrapped in glutinous Gyuhi, and Myoko-en’s signature product “Hojicha” is used in abundance to create this Hojicha flavor. This luxurious sweet is made with Japanese chestnuts from Kumamoto Prefecture and rich hojicha (roasted green tea) cream.
