The water system in which the brewery is located is the same system used by the Sasakawa Sake Brewery, which uses melted water that takes a long time to filter through lava. The same water system is used by the Sasake Brewery, which uses brewing water from the melting snow from the walls of the forest, filtered through lava over a long period of time. On the second day of the program, we will take a short one-hour round trip trek to the “White Waterfall”, the origin of the brewing water.
Not only to enjoy drinking, but also to taste Japanese sake with meals.
This program will be a special dinner of “Chicken Sake-nabe”. The sake pot is richly prepared with Japanese sake from “Tadashi Sanso Junmai Ginjo Bizen Omachi” (Sasazake Brewery), which has a rich and rich taste that enhances the flavor of chicken. The same Japanese sake used for the sake nabe will be used at different temperatures, such as cold sake and hot sake, to enjoy the marriage with the dish.
