[VMG HOTELS & UNIQUE VENUES] Experience activities incorporating brewing and fermentation culture from the Sawara merchant town hotel NIPPONIA in Chiba

2023.12.17

Sawara is a town with a rich brewing and fermentation culture. We have started offering “Sakekasu Bath Salts Handmade Experience,” a hands-on activity where you can enjoy making your own original bath salts using sakekasu and malt from a local brewery.

Sake lees, which is a concentrated source of nutrients from rice and rice malt, is full of benefits such as beauty moisturizing and blood circulation promotion. You can make your own original bath salts by mixing sakekasu and malt from a local brewery with your own hands. When you dissolve the ingredients of sakekasu in the bath while rubbing the cloth containing sakekasu in the bath in your room, the water will turn milky white and the fragrance of Japanese cypress and the good smell of sakekasu will spread softly. You will feel warm to the core and get a good night’s sleep.

Period: Year round
Trial Fee: 800 yen/piece
※The above prices include tax and service charge.
※Regardless of the number of people involved in the experience, a fee will be charged based on the number of pieces created.
