Matcha cheesecake ‘-Unkakure-’.

880 yen (incl. tax)

Matcha cheesecake is a popular year-round menu item. The richness of the cheese and the bitterness of the matcha blend perfectly, and one bite is enough to draw you in.

Tea inspired by characters from the Tale of Genji.

■Matcha ‘Sagemiya’.
This matcha is inspired by Sagemiya, who is popular with women for her easygoing and aggressive character. This Uji matcha has a pleasant sweetness and lingering taste that dispels the image of bitterness and has a refined aroma but also leaves a strong impression.

■Gyokuro ‘Kaoru’.
Depicting Kaoru as a disciplined and attentive person, but with little feeling for the mundane world, and in contrast to Saginomiya, who is described as having passive and fleeting thoughts, Kaoru is an Uji Gyokuro with a deep, delicious and sweet flavour that contrasts with its bright light blue colour, and is different from the tea we usually drink.

■Sencha ‘Daikun
Inspired by the noble, dignified and tranquil Daegun, this Sencha is characterised by its deep richness and refreshing aftertaste. The fresh fragrance that spreads as you drink it gives you a sense of the graceful and gentle charm of Daegun. A luxurious cup with a lingering, elegant fragrance that leaves a pleasant impression.

■Roasted tea ‘The middle you
Inspired by Naka no Kimi, this roasted tea is a cup that reflects her gentle and reserved character. By slowly roasting the tea to the core of the kuki, it has a smooth flavour with low astringency. Like Naka-no-kun, who does not show much emotion, it is a quiet yet gentle taste that leaves a deep impression on the mind.

■Winner of the Japanese Tea AWARD 2023 Fine Product Award!
Organic Japanese Black Tea Ukifune
Ukifune attracts many men with her beauty and elegance, but inside she is full of conflicts and complex emotions. Her sad feelings of being tossed around by fate and ultimately choosing loneliness are imagined with the mild sweetness of Asatsuyu Single Origin tea, also known as natural Gyokuro, and its refreshing aftertaste.
