Yamada Nishiki from Wakayama Prefecture Rice polishing rate 29%

Carefully polish up to 29% over time.
For a rice polishing rate that is clear and gorgeous without any unpleasant taste, yet you can feel the individuality of Yamada Nishiki from Wakayama Prefecture.
We challenged 29% by comparing it to the company name of Kuju Haga.

Doo bottle picking (and bottle picking)

A method of putting aged moromi in a liquor bag and hanging it, and collecting the dripping drops in a bottle with only the weight of nature.
Since this upper tank method is extremely difficult and time-consuming, we limit the quantity of high-quality sake selected from “Magoichi Junmai Daiginjo” and “Magoichi Daiginjo”.

When Kuraichi’s sake, which has been carefully brewed, slowly drips, the beautiful sound of drops and the gorgeous ginjo incense wrap the brewery, making it mysterious and firm. You can enjoy a gorgeous and clear taste without any unpleasant taste without extruding extra ingredients.

Design

The high-quality wooden box and label are designed by the late Kansai Super Studio led by Mr. Kansai Yamamoto. It is also recommended as a gift for loved ones.
