A light matcha green tea sweet suitable for summer. From Monday, August 1, 2022, “Matcha Dessert Buffet” will be held on weekdays only.

Matcha Dessert Buffet” will be held at the international restaurant “The Terrace”. Using matcha green tea from Uji and Nishio, the buffet features desserts that highlight the appeal of matcha by combining it with a variety of other ingredients. The buffet will feature a lineup of approximately 20 unique desserts that skillfully combine fruits, herbs, and other Japanese ingredients to create a world of matcha desserts.

Executive Pastry Chef Kazuo Suzuki, who believes that “the charm of matcha lies in its fragrance and bitterness,” has paid close attention to every detail of these delicate desserts, which have been beautifully prepared, allowing guests to enjoy the deep flavor and rich aroma of matcha as much as they like.
