Dazaifu Iinoji
Kaisen Chirashi Gozen 3,500 yen (tax included)
Dazaifu Iinoji offers a Kaisen Chirashi Gozen (Seafood Chirashi Set) made with 15-grain rice, inspired by the ancient rice eaten in the Kofun period. The drink line-up includes Jomi Cider (non-alcoholic), which uses jomi, a nut that was eaten by people in the Kofun period, and Jomi Maurice (alcoholic), which softly spreads the refreshing acidity of jomi and the gorgeous aroma of maurice.
