Located in Yunokawa Onsen—one of Hokkaido’s three major hot spring resorts—‘Yumoto Takubokutei’ is offering an accommodation package in collaboration with Yukura Shrine entitled ‘A Leisurely Stroll in a Yukata: A Pilgrimage Walk’. Following on from the ‘Rabbit Omikuji’ and ‘Paper-cut Goshuin’, this third instalment of the collaboration features an accommodation package that includes a ticket redeemable for a ‘White Rabbit Ema’ from Yukura Shrine.
About a 10-minute walk from Yumoto Takubokutei. Yugura Shrine, located at the end of the Yunokawa Onsen district, is a shrine deeply connected to the history of the area’s hot springs.
Head into the onsen district in your yukata and geta, savouring the lingering afterglow of your bath. A stroll that feels truly like a hot spring getaway—a little different from your usual sightseeing—begins.
Whilst a stroll through the hot spring town whilst feeling the gentle summer breeze is certainly delightful, this is also highly recommended for a trip to Hakodate in autumn, when the seasons are gradually changing and a leisurely walk becomes even more pleasant.
Following on from the ‘Rabbit Omikuji’ and ‘Paper-cut Goshuin’, the third collaboration package we’re introducing this time is an accommodation package that includes a voucher redeemable for a ‘White Rabbit Ema’ at Yukura Shrine.
Whether it’s matters of the heart, dreams you hope to fulfil, or thoughts of someone dear to you—you can write down whatever is on your mind, right down to those little wishes that spring to mind whilst travelling.
